 CREDIT CARD ORDERS 

When using the Shopping Cart service, you may use Visa, MasterCard and Discover and as payment on orders to almost anywhere in the world. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address, and daytime/evening phone numbers. If the billing address you give does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.

COD ORDERS 

COD orders are not accepted at this time.

PURCHASE ORDERS 

Institutional purchase orders (military, government, schools and universities) need prior authorization. Please contact us at 858.353.2915.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact us with your shipping info and we will send you a shipping quote. International shipments may require local duty and taxes.


CREDITS AND BALANCES DUE
Any credits on your account with us will be refunded weekly. We will issue a refund check for any outstanding credit on your account generated by an order paid for by check or money order. If the order was paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card account.


BACKORDERS
If your item is back ordered, you will be notified by email. In most cases, you will be notified if your order is not shipped within one week.


CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Under no circumstances will we falsify invoices or shipping labels. If your country is not available as an option in the checkout process, we are not able to ship to your country. Check a product's shipping notes while shopping to learn of any possible shipping restrictions for particular products.


RETURNING MERCHANDISE
When you receive your order, the contact information of the merchant shipper will be displayed in the paperwork. Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges, and read the instructions thoroughly for faster processing of returns. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information. Your order must be returned to the merchant shipper in order to receive full product credit, however your shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact the merchant shipper for help or assistance in processing a return. Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

General Warranty Policies
     The HO Sports Company Inc., product warranties and obligations set forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties or obligations of HO Sports, its distributors or retailers.  The warranties and limitations extend only to the original purchaser or to the person for whom originally purchased.

     Warranty claims are to be initiated by the dealer who holds the responsibility for selling the product to the consumer.  Consumers must return the product to the dealer from whom they purchased the product to make a warranty claim.  It is the sole discretion of a dealer to honor the manufacturer warranty for an item they have not sold to a consumer.  Under no circumstance should a warranty claim be submitted without a Return Authorization number issued through a dealer.  Consumers should not return product to HO Sports directly.

     All shipping costs associated with returning the product to HO Sports will be the responsibility of the party making the warranty claim.  Any shipping charges to return the product will be handled by HO Sports and returned in the same manner of shipping as received, i.e. 2-day will be returned 2-day etc.  HO Sports Co. Inc. does not take back returned product for credit.  Any unopened product, or product returned with no apparent defect will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

     HO Sports reserves the right to refuse warranty based on determination of defects caused by any other factor than manufacturer error.  Any product determined to have been taken over jumps, rails, ramps, and other hard objects will be void of any warranty.  Products determined to have a manufacturers defect will be repaired if possible.  Should a product be un-repairable, replacement is at the discretion of HO Sports Warranty Department and would be a product of equal or greater performance. 

     Under no circumstances should the product be waxed, painted or altered in any form.  Clean only with soap and water, rinse thoroughly.  Bright colors will fade when subjected to prolonged sunlight exposure.  Fading is not covered under warranty, store your ski/board in a bag when not in use.  Damage due to misuse, abuse or modification is excluded from warranty, as is normal wear, such as handle dings.

Two Years from Date of Purchase – Wakeboard & Waterski Boots; Boards/Skis 

HO Sports will inspect any and all products sent in for warranty within two years of a customer purchase.  Products older than two model years must be accompanied with a customer receipt to verify purchase within two years.  The warranty does not extend to the tearing out of finger holes, nor does it extend to normal wear and tear or abrasion of the materials used, or damage due to improper handling, maintenance, modification, use or storage.  Product Defined:  Wakeboard & Waterski Boots and Bindings; Compression molded boards and skis.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. The contact information for the merchant shipper will be in the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

ORDER QUESTIONS OR CHANGES
If you have placed an order via the Shopping Cart  service recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible. PARENTAL VERIFICATION OF ORDERS
Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to verify any order placed by phone before an order will be processed.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pacific Slalom, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) arising from your use of any of Pacific Slalom's services.

PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store's prices are not refundable.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Pacific Slalom service collects information about the use of the service in order to provide a secure and personalized experience. For example, we collect customer name, purchasing records, and shopping patterns.
We may collect Information when you: (a) place an order via the Shopping Cart service; (b) send email messages or other information to us.

Our store is hosted on GoDaddy.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

SWEEPSTAKES

1. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on date posted. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. 2. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place the day after close of sweepstake. 3. The winner will be notified by email within 3 business days after close of sweepstake and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Pacific Slalom within 14 days of being notified by Pacific Slalom, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Pacific Slalom shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Pacific slalom shall be entitled to select another winner. 4. The prize will be sent to the winner by Pacific Slalom by post. 5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 7. Pacific Slalom retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
